I have been having trouble trying to login iTunesu course manager the last 2 weeks. It says something to the effect of reload problem. Anyone else experiencing the problem? 😕
I have been having trouble trying to login iTunesu course manager the last 2 weeks. It says something to the effect of reload problem. Anyone else experiencing the problem? 😕
My peers experienced a similar problem when their password expired, and Course Manager didn't tell them why. They eventually fixed their problem by going to the Apple ID site:
…clicking "Manage your Apple ID", and changing their password.
If that doesn't work for you, please paste a screenshot of the error message so we can better understand the problem.
